FAQ
1. How often do parents receive updates on their child's progress?
We send out progress reports tracking attendance, homework submission and homework grade improvement every two weeks. This is to allow them adequate time to work through content covered in their own time and complete homework assignments to a good standard.
See our Study Plans for term breakdown for the academic year.
2. How are GradeUp Maths discounts applied?
Discounts are cumulatively applied. For example, if a person was enrolling a child for one our midterm revision courses but they were already enrolled in one of our online grinds courses, they would receive 10% off the initial price of €400, bringing the new price to €360 euro. If they also had a promotional discount e.g. 5%, a further €18 would be taken off, bringing the final price down to €342.
3. If my child misses lessons either grinds or for a revision course, can these be refunded?
No. Our lessons are recorded so any missed lessons can be caught up on in their own time.
Our revision courses have a limited number of places for students so refunds are not possible to be given for missed days.
4. If my child cannot attend a revision course I have booked, can I be refunded?
If your child cannot attend a revision course they are booked in for, contact us at least 14 days before the course commencement date and you will be eligible to be refunded. Due to the limited places on the course, we cannot accommodate refunds for late cancellations outside of this window of prior notice.
5. Do we provide grinds in other subjects?
Our qualified teachers teach Chemistry, Physics, Science, Business Studies and Economics collectively in addition to teaching Maths. Please get in contact with us to discuss tuition in these subject areas.
